Duckweed beckons you to "sit a spell" on the screened porch (with a floor mural of the map of Caddo) that stretches across the house, offering a panoramic view of Caddo Lake. Cleverly decorated, Duckweed offers a distinctive taste of Caddo in a cozy setting which includes a large knotty-pine paneled living area, well-equipped kitchen, charming bath, (claw foot tub) and bedroom, all air-conditioned. With a big patio out over the water, Duckweed's dock invites visitors to sit in the warm sun and watch a great blue heron fishing for his dinner, or perhaps a lazy otter, resting in the sun. A catwalk winds its way through the cypress to shady resting spots. Duckweed accommodates five.
